Solution Overview

This solution is built by deploying the HPE Ezmeral Container Platform on top of HPE Synergy Composable Infrastructure along with HPE Synergy D3940 Storage Modules for Ephemeral storage and HPE Ezmeral Data Fabric for Kubernetes provides persistent block storage for this solution.

Solution design

In this solution, HPE Ezmeral Container Platform Controllers, Gateway load balancers, Kubernetes master nodes and Kubernetes worker nodes are deployed on HPE Synergy 480 Gen10 Compute Modules and HPE Apollo 4200 servers running SUSE Enterprise Linux 15 SP1.

Figure 3 describes the minimal configuration of HPE Ezmeral Container Platform deployment on HPE Synergy.
