After many days running and testing netperfs TCP/UDP STREAM test I =
have
determined their accuracy
TCP_STREAM is on avg. -0.555% of the actual value
UDP_STREAM is on avg. -9.573% of the actual value
These results were are base on 480 test run on various vendors =
equipment
use differing send size
Netperfs results was compared with the results of a Wandle and
Glotermann DA-30 protocol analyzer using the same send size
and as netperf.
Not bad, considering the DA-30 is =A3200,000 piece of equipment and
Netperf Freeware.
