netperf netserver under inetd on Windows NT

Hi everyone,
I have tried NT netperf netserver under the inetd that comes with
exceed and the shareware
one at http://www.ockham.be/inetd.html but no joy.
I keep getting the error message recv_response: No error
The program works fine when I manually start it up on the command line.
Has anyone been able to get netserver to work under NT with any
kind of inetd or any program that can automatically start up the
netserver
on an incoming netperf request. If so how. Thanks for any ideas.
