if you say you want a confidence level of 99% with 5%, and netperf does
not spit an error out at the end of the test, that means that netperf
beleives (based on statistical math I cannot explain as I feel asleep
too often in probstats class) that the reported value (average of the N
iterations) is with 99% probability is within +/- 2.5% of the "real"
average performance.
