I'm trying to use large buffer for send/recv socket size.
I use Linux 2.2.1,linux-atm 0.57 and I'm doing Classical IP over ATM.
When I try very large buffer (more than 10 M), netperf seems to be
unstable...
I modified my kernel to support large buffer size, but I am not very
familiar with
skb...I try to understand why netperf is so unstable (I can have a
throughput of 2Mbits/s or 33Mbits/s with the same command line !!!) Did
someone had the same kind of problem ?
Have you some good books/web site about skb, and the socket level (skb,
buffer management for services...)
